Tax Efficient Giving
If you are a PAYE tax payer, and have donated €250 or more to Cliona’s Foundation during the tax year, Cliona’s Foundation can reclaim the tax paid on your donation.
Fill in and return a Tax Relief Form (CHY4 Cert) and you can help Cliona’s Foundation reclaim extra funds from the Revenue Commissioners.
This is at no extra cost to you and this extra funding will make a difference to a family with a critically ill child.
