Jim Warny is an elite cave diver from Clare and was part of the rescue team that in 2018 led 12 boys & their coach to safety after 18 days trapped underground in caves in Thailand.
Limerick man John Mc Namara is Co Founder of Performance Nerds who design & deliver performance and leadership development solutions for organisations that put their people to the forefront of driving business results. In addition John is also an adventure athlete and in 2021 participated in and completed 260km over 6 days in Marathon De Sables in the Sahara Desert. John was one of 350 out of 700 that finished the event,
Vicki O Toole is the Managing Director of Ireland’s Oldest Packaging Company JJ O’Toole Limited. Vicki has navigated the company through many challenging times in its history. Vicki was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the year awards in 2018. Vicki believes that when something happens, we have three choices, let it define us, let it destroy us, or let it strengthen us and that we should all opt for the latter.
