We regularly receive emails and cards from families supported which gives us an insight into the difference direct financial assistance has made to them.
We have with their permission shared this feedback publicly so people have an understanding of what these families are going through and the impact that donations and in turn the financial assistance can make.
We also receive feedback from some of the medical support personnel that are dealing with these families on a daily basis and are familiar with their struggles.
