Sinead Garry of Village Yoga has started Summer Yoga at the Honey Fitz Theatre , Lough Gur & Lakeside with the proceeds of the classes going to Cliona’s
This is a donation based summer class which will take place twice weekly on Thursday at 1pm at the Honey Fitz & Saturday, Lakeside at 10am for another 4 weeks until June 25th.
It is an introduction to yoga class in which they will explore beginners level poses and sequences together with supportive breathing practices
