The masterclass is for the benefit of families struggling with stress and anxiety while caring for a child with a life-limiting illness.
These families face enormous financial hardship while struggling to cope with the nightmare of having a seriously ill child.
The stress that these families face can have a huge impact mentally due to the high amount of non-medical expenses suffered.
The Masterclass will include:
- A simple grounding mediation
- An Anti-Anxiety hypnosis session
- Top tips on how to dialogue with the mind in times of stress and anxiety
- Practical physical exercises to quickly alleviate stress and anxiety.
