Our Board

The Board of Cliona’s Foundation sets the strategic direction of the Foundation and monitors and reviews performance and delivery against objectives being fully cognizant of the environment in which the Foundation is operating. The Board work closely with the executive team.

Retired in 2021 after completing over 44 years in the financial services sector. Mick has over 20 years experience in the Not for Profit Sector as Director/Chairman of various Companies/Organisations. Unfortunately he understands the ethos of Cliona’s Foundation only too well having lost his youngest son to childhood cancer in 2020.

Co-founder and secretary of Cliona’s Foundation, has been the first point of contact for most families seeking financial assistance and is Cliona’s mother.

Co-founder/CEO of Cliona’s Foundation and is Cliona’s father. Director of CUBE – a design, print and packaging company based in Limerick.

Former Commercial Manager for a large multi – national retailer, Susan is currently working as a travel advisor .She is married with 2 children and living in Cork.

Clair is Legal Counsel at Chorus Aviation Capital, an aircraft leasing firm based in Dublin. She has over 10 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law.

With over 23 years in the public sector, Oliver has responsibility for a number of differing teams and initiatives throughout Limerick. He is highly experienced in leadership development and one to one coaching with qualifications in Leadership, Management and Executive Coaching

Emer has been with Amazon for 12 years and is a global directive of service in Amazon. Previously she had an 8 year stint in leadership roles with O2 Telefonica.
Caoimhe Cannon
Caoimhe Cannon
A community pharmacist with 30 years’ experience in the healthcare sector Caoimhe currently owns and manages two retail pharmacies. She holds a Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance from the UCD Smurfit Business School and previously participated in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.
